At Michael Hill we understand that investing in our team is vital. Through our internship and apprenticeship programs, we will grow your passion and talents in roles across our corporate and manufacturing functions, so that you can establish your career amongst some of the world's finest!
Our internship program
Michael Hill partners with Australian tertiary institutions to place interns in their final year of university placements across several Support functions, including IT, HR and Marketing, with a high success rate of these interns graduating with full time roles across Michael Hill.
Our apprenticeship program
Because craftsmanship is at the heart of our creations, Michael Hill partners with TAFE institutions to facilitate 4 year Cert IV qualifications in Jewellery Making to grow talent pipelines and bench strength across Manufacturing roles.
