Purchase your made to order item online, with your favourite gold colour and/or perfect ring size. There will be a call-out on the product page to let you know that the item is made to order. We recommend creating an online account with Michael Hill before completing your purchase, so that you can keep up-to-date as your special item is crafted and delivered.
Your piece is crafted by our artisan jewellers
Our specialist team create your made to order piece just for you. As your item will be made for you from scratch, it can take a little while! Please be aware that Made to Order items will take longer to dispatch than the regular estimated days to ship.
Await your secure delivery
Once your item has been crafted, it will be delivered to you. You can check the status of your Made to Order item in your account.
Please note that Made to Order products cannot be cancelled once ordered, or returned for change of mind after delivery. The full purchase price must be paid at time of order and is non-refundable. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
